As the first professional Automobile-Aluminium wheel manufacturer in Chongqing, our company was established in 1998. Our company is located in Xipeng Aluminium Industrial Park, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing. We have 2 workshops. Both are near to all the vehicle manufacturers, within 40KM away from the highway, enjoying transportation advantage. Nowadays, we have several advanced and multifunctional assembling lines for smelting, casting, heat-treatment, machining and painting. Also we have introduced professional equipment from Germany, Italy, Japan and Taiwan area to ensure high product quality. We have an annual output of more than one million pieces. Our company has a professional team complying with APQP Standard for development and production with Design soft wire UG/CATIA/PROE 3D and Analysing Soft wire CAE. They are capable enough of supplying Aluminium wheel OEM Design service to customers. We passed TS16949 Quality Standard certificate in 2005. Our laboratory has been authorized and appointed by Chang'an Auto Group as their testing Lab for wheels. In order to enlarge production capability and upgrade our quality controlling system, our company has started to build a new industrial park in Xipen District to make our annual output achieve 3 million pieces in the future.
